In recent years, multipurpose artificial grass playing fields have become extremely popular, on which a wide range of diverse games and sports are played. Likewise, artificial grass surfaces have been installed in a wide range of municipal sports facilities and local sports centres. However, the type of artificial grass most suitable for the particular sport or type of playing field in question has not always been used, either due to a lack of expertise or budgetary restraints in towns and cities
SUMIGRAN has developed a specific model which is optimal for use on sports centre courts. We use a high DTEX curled fibrillated yarn that is woven at a density of almost 40,000 stitches / m2. Consequently, this smart model we have created offers users a highly flexible and resilient artificial grass model which can be used to play a wide range of sports, namely: indoor soccer, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball, handball, volleyball, etc... Likewise, this model was also developed as a more affordable version of an artificial grass suitable for use on golf greens ( with sand infill )
