Description

The needle-punch doormat is made of 100% polypropylene fibre and is manufactured using a needle-punch system. This combination gives the product high resistance to wear and tear and a high moisture absorption capacity as it is of textile composition. Its scraping texture formed by a mottled loop makes it an effective barrier against dirt

It is a product primarily oriented to installation in indoor areas but its composition and structure also mean it may be used in certain outdoor spaces, although it is recommended that the area to be covered is not directly exposed to the elements

Optional customization

Corporate logos or designs can also be reproduced on it. Process is as follows:

1. The material is die-cut using a high-tech cutting machine
2. All the loose pieces of the logo or design and the background piece are glued together
3. Reinforcement material is placed on the backing

ATTENTION:

a ) You must check in advance whether total or partial reproduction is possible. In order to determine this, we must first see the logo you intend to reproduce
b ) The only colours available for both the logo and the background are the ones which are available in the particular range. It is not possible to reproduce specific colours

Ramp edge

In cases where the doormat is placed directly on the floor, confection of a ramp edge is highly recommended so that it bridges the uneven height between the floor and the top of the doormat, as well as giving it a much smarter appearance
