Description
This kind of doormat is manufactured using a needle-punch system. Its pile is composed of 100% polypropylene fibre and its backing is composed of recycled rubber, which provides a product similar in appearance to classic coconut mats. However, the synthetic coir mat has the added advantage of being much more resistant to water and dampness, which would typically be the cause of deterioration to the natural fibres in a classic coconut mat
The synthetic coir mat is composed of just over 1,100 gr / m2 of needle-punch fibre that performs a scraping action on the soles of shoes, as well as absorbing a great deal of moisture from the footwear
This is a highly resistant, versatile and multi-purpose product, suitable both for indoors or covered outdoor areas. It can be fitted neatly into a matwell, or directly onto the floor with the help of a ramp edge

Optional customization
Corporate logos or designs can also be reproduced on it. Process is as follows:
1. The material is die-cut using a high-tech cutting machine
2. All the loose pieces of the logo or design and the background piece are glued together
3. Reinforcement material is placed on the backing
ATTENTION:
a ) You must check in advance whether total or partial reproduction is possible. In order to determine this, we must first see the logo you intend to reproduce
b ) The only colours available for both the logo and the background are the ones which are available in the particular range. It is not possible to reproduce specific colours
c ) The lead time is 3-4 weeks

Ramp edge
In cases where the doormat is placed directly on the floor, confection of a ramp edge is highly recommended so that it bridges the uneven height between the floor and the top of the doormat, as well as giving it a much smarter appearance.
